How Does The Penthouse Design Review Work?

Design Review Introduction

We offer all Penthouse owners a bespoke design review of their apartment. This process generally takes 2-3 hours and will help you make the apartment your home.

After you have reserved your apartment, you will be invited to attend the design review at your leisure. This will need to be completed within 2 weeks of the reservation.

During the review, the Design manager and yourself will review the available upgrade options.

You will have the opportunity to explore the various options including kitchen design and layout, appliance upgrades and selection, flooring options, stone selection, alternate tile designs and more.

It is then as simple as checking the box for the upgrades you want.

We understand that you may need a little extra time to decide on some items, so just get back to us in a reasonable timeframe and we will finalise the review.

This unique offering will help you compliment the Penthouse’s generous design and ensure you feel right at home at Linton.

Questions and Answers

How long does the review take?
This Design Review generally takes 2-3 hours and will help you make the penthouse your home.

Can I change my mind?
Of course, you can. We are very flexible. However, at some stage, we will need to lock down the upgrades to ensure that they can be delivered.

What does it cost?
Each upgraded item that is available has a price attached to it. This price is at our best available rate with our suppliers and takes into account any rebate for unused items. EG: A credit is applied for the original oven and applied to the cost of the upgraded oven.

Can I change the layout of the Penthouse?
Unfortunately, the layouts are locked in. This is due to many walls being part of the overall superstructure and cannot be rearranged. In some cases, Non Structural walls could be removed to make living rooms larger or a room could be converted to a study
